Every time I’ve called in, I’ve received nothing but superior customer service. The ladies I speak with are very positive, very personable and they represent your business at the highest level possible. Sure, you probably just lucked out and happened on to such great people but I haven’t dismissed the idea that you have something to do with the quality of staff (field technicians included) you all have. Just as you’ve always been a great person with a positive attitude, they are an extension of the great things I know about you.
As I listened to a couple of AB Pest commercials, I couldn’t help but become overwhelmed with pride for what you’ve accomplished and the business you’ve built. The commercial are awesome by the way. They don’t have the “B-film” sound that so many have and I was very impressed. You know the, “Hey, I know that guy! We were buddies back (way back) in our school years” kind of impressed.
Anyway, congratulations on being a tremendous representation of where we came from. And thank you for doing so here at home, we’re all very fortunate to have you and the quality services of everyone involve with your company.
